| We have two 1-2 persons apartments and one big 1-4 persons apartment.
Nearby there are several good restaurants, supermarkets and internet facilities. The apartment- complex is well secured with a high fence and a locked gate. | We have two types of apartments: - 1 - 2 persons (2 rooms)

Each room consists of the following:
air-condition, 2 beds,
a closet, iron, a kitchenette with microwave,
a coffee-maker, a refrigerator,
pots and pans, cutlery, bath, toilet,
TV, table with chairs ,
110 - 220 volt electricity.
There's no hot water.
A small terrace in front of the apartment and a bigger one in the back yard. |

Room cleaning 2-3 times a week. For a small fee it's possible to make use of the washing facilities
It's strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartments.
